  • What length of lashes do you use?
We stock a wide range of lashes to ensure we are able to achieve our clients desired results, we currently have from 8mm to 16mm however upon request we can stock shorter/longer.
  • Do lash extensions ruin or damage my natural lashes?
When applied by a professional with proper isolation and all aftercare is followed, extensions do not damage your lashes. Eyelashes shed naturally and this becomes more noticeable when eyelash extensions are applied as they are much thicker and longer, once the extensions are removed you may feel that your lashes look shorter and finer but this is because you've been accustomed to a much thicker and longer lash look with extensions.
  • Can I go swimming, shower and exercise with lash extensions?"
Yes, as long as it has been at least 24 hours since application. However, we recommend avoiding extremely hot showers as the steam can loosen the bond of the glue.
  • Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
We highly recommend avoiding mascara as it will cause your lash extensions to fall out due to the oil which will dissolve the glue. You also won't need to wear mascara with extensions!
  • What is the difference between classic lashes, mixed/hybrid and russian volume?"
Classic lashes - one false eyelash is applied to each individual natural lash. These lashes will only be as thick as your own lashes and are perfect for the day to day wear as they are more natural. Russian volume lashes - 3 finer lashes are made into a fan and placed onto one natural lash, ideal for those that have sparse lashes or prefer a more fuller dramatic look. Hybrid lashes - a mix of both russian and classics together, a happy medium for those that think a full set of russians are too much and classics are not enough.

Each individual is different. Some clients can see immediate results while other clients may need several sessions to achieve their desired result. Some client's results may last 1+ years and others may last several weeks/months which is due to many factors including lifestyle, skin type, metabolism etc. Filler takes time to build up and the more it is built up the longer it will last. We ask that clients are patient and should expect to visit frequently to build a base.
  • Can you dissolve my filler?
Yes, it can be dissolved by hyaluronidase which is a family of enzymes. This is achieved via small injections into the treated area to break the filler down.
  • Can I be allergic?
Hyaluronic acid is a substance already produced by the body. This means it is largely well-tolerated by the vast majority of us which means it is minimal to none risk of allergic reaction. If any allergic reaction was to occur it would be due to the lidocaine within the product. The majority of patients would have had this in their time such as at the dentist and therefore would be known. However rest assured, all of our practitioners are prepared incase of any emergency

We cannot work on sunburned or suntanned skin. We are prohibited from tattooing over moles. Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks after Stay out of steam rooms, saunas, swimming pool, etc. for one week following procedure. Avoid working out or sweating for 1 week post procedure. • What can I expect during the healing process?
While your skin heals, be prepared for the colour intensity of your procedure to be significantly larger, sharper, brighter, or darker than what is expected for the final outcome. This is a normal and expected result of the application and healing process. The healing process will take a number of days to complete, depending on how quickly the outer layer of your skin exfoliates and new skin regenerates to take its place. Also expect mild itchiness, scabbing and shedding of the skin. DO NOT scratch, peel, or pick at your new tattoo. Since delicate skin or sensitive areas may swell slightly or redden, some clients feel it best not to make social plans for a day or two following any procedure
